these are the days of hibernating.
nights spent inside seeking warmth.
cooking. reading. memorizing poems. and writing letters.
these are the days that force us to slow down,
allowing us to enjoy time spent together without the guilt of needing to do something.
spring will come, and we will awake.
but, for now we will continue to
eat carbs and watch trashy reality television until the sun comes.
thanks, january.
you're doing us good this year.
